Why do every time I attach different RAMs (256mb and 512mb same PC3200 and DDR 400) my computer will restart ?

to check which module is defective remove the 256MB stick and run the PC with only the 512MB. the PC will then run somewhat slower, but if it runs more than 6 to 12 hours without rebooting you should replace the 256MB with a 512MB.
if it still does reboot with the 512MB alone, you can try the 256MB running alone but this will horribly slow down the PC.
if both sticks work fine alone then you have the rare case that the 2 different brands of memory are not compatible to each other (this behaviour is known for some brands).
if the PC still does reboot even if you use 1 stick at a time, it could also be a driver issue, likely the graphics card driver.
