    Are you entry level? How much work experience do you have?

    How much did you make starting out?

    I recently graduated from a well-known university with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Business, I also did a joint-major in history. I was in an internship program so although I'm looking for "entry level" work, I actually have over 2 years of applicable experience with some pretty reputable companies.

    I'm just starting to get some job offers, and I'm curious how reasonable low/high they are.

  • It depends on the major. Engineering or nursing 50K+ to start. Philosophy etc. minimum wage at a bookstore. It all depends on the economy.


  • If you own a degree - or any extra qualification - then you'll already be in front of of the crowd when it comes to searching for professions. My friend has a degree and he wasn't certain what direction to go with it, but he stumbled upon some great guidance on the website in the resource box below which helped him to settle that he wanted to be a lab assistant.
