Few Questions on Green Card?
I work for a small business company which has around 250 employees. I am in the IT profession and have over 5 years of experience. I am in the US for over 3 years on H-1 B visa. Does the size of the company matter while applying for a green card. Since my company is small, does it mean that my chances of obtaining a green card is less?
Thank you all for your time.Size make no difference.http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...
