  • period. It has been almost a year since my last child was born. I am 5'9 235 pounds. My BSI is 35%. I need help loosing weight!! I have thought about Lap-Ban which I qualify for but do not really want to go that extreme. Does anyone have any serious detailed input as to how. I live in a VERY rural area so going to a gym is out of the question. It would have to be something I can do from home or close by. I really need help. I have an ab lounge I have been using, I eat pretty well {no fast food out here..lol...I eat chicken, small amouts of pasta sometimes...cereal}. Need a good exercsie program...tried Tae-Bo...couldnt really figure it out...do it well....any suggestions? Thanks


  • It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 5 pounds over the past few weeks when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the tips given on the website in the box below.


  • THE way you can lose weight is eat like 5 times a day but very small meals before you eat each meal drink plenty of water ,,the water will fill you and eating the small meals you should not be that hungry..and there are many work out tapes you can get it don't matter witch one you get but just as long as you do it every day and do a different work out every other day so you are working different parts of your body ..just keep at it and find out from your DR. WHAT would be a safe cal.count for your size ..you don't want to starve your self when you do that your body will retain its own fat most people don't know that.....but do your best lenny


  • Go on a nature hike with your children. Ride a bike uphill both ways. Reduce sugar intake by half(hard part when children are around). Do you need fire wood? Start chopping,( tae-bo eat your heart out) It's great exercise and comes in handy in winter. Before the ground gets hard you can start next year's garden(well, I mean to say if you don't already have one.) There are other things you can do that can include your little ones who are crawling or running or both at the same time. Have fun.


  • Oh sweety I am so sorry. Okay first thing first,
    Get an Mp3 player and move to the music (dance) as much as possible.
    Cut out red Meat, and milk, and Kid food.
    Eat more darkly colored fruits and veggies.
    Take fish oil and vitamins.
    Get aerobics on your mind!! Dance Pilates Running they all work. But only bits at a time. Tae Bo sucks. try denise austin pilates. Just move your body as much as you can!! Your body is so beautiful and amazing it can look like anything you want. Just try some pilates and eat healthier. I hope everything goes good for you ;)


  • Sounds like you could benefit from a full body cleanse. A friend of mine uses a pomegranate product called Pomevie, it flushes all the waste out your system.
